ProofClerk

Legal boundary

Evidence organization, not legal advice

ProofClerk is built for custom-order merchants who need a clean record of proof, approval, policy, production, fulfillment, and packet history.

No legal advice

ProofClerk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Merchant policy text, approval wording, and dispute-response decisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel when needed.

The product does not determine whether a merchant, customer, platform, or payment processor is right or wrong.

No outcome guarantees

ProofClerk does not guarantee that a chargeback, refund, platform, processor, customer, or dispute process will resolve in the merchant's favor.

Evidence packets are organized records. They may help a merchant respond with clearer documentation, but external decision makers control their own processes.

No dispute submission

ProofClerk does not submit disputes or communicate with payment processors, marketplaces, shipping carriers, banks, or customers unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

Merchants remain responsible for deciding when and how to use exported records.
